Mom’s Ministry Mingle
Friday, February 24 at 6:30PM in Room 4021
Moms are invited to join us for a night of food & fun. We’ll be laughing, fellowshipping, and getting some much needed encouragement as we share a meal and enjoy some games. Childcare will be unavailable for this event. Admission: Bring your favorite dessert (and a few copies of the recipe) to share!

 

 

Starved 2012 - Students
February 24-25
This event is a mixture of servanthood, fasting to help us identify with those who are hungry everyday, and fasting to grow closer to the Lord. All you bring to this event is your Bible and the clothes on your back. Come on Sunday mornings (Bible Fellowship) and Wednesday nights (Ground Zero) for more details.

Live Night Of Worship

Join us in the Worship and Activities Center together with Chris Moseley and the Live Praise Leaders, Choir and Orchestra as we worship together singing our favorite Live venue worship songs from this year. We hope to see you there for this Night of Worship!

 

 

Insomnia 12' 789 All Nighter

The one night of the year where you won't get in trouble for staying up ALL night. Join us for Pizza, Crazy Games, Prizes, Video Games, Snacks & a Gospel presentation.

Easter Weekend

Friday, April 6
Good Friday Lord's Supper in the Chapel from 4:00PM – 8:00PM. This is an open house style opportunity. You may come alone, with your family or as a group. Stay as long as you would like or you can leave when you need to.

 

Saturday, April 7
Easter Saturday Worship Service in the Worship and Activity Center 5:00PM – 7:00PM. Saturday evening and Sunday morning Sermon will be the same, just another opportunity to Worship.

 

Sunday, April 8
Easter Sunday Worship Services.
All Bible Fellowship classes and Worship services will meet as usual.

 

Child care is available for all of the Easter Weekend services.

 

 

Gripped by the Greatness of God (Women Only)
Tuesday, April 10 at 9:30AM in Room 4021
In this 8 week study Isaiah reveals the sovereignty, holiness, grace, and glory of God. Awed by His greatness, and the attributes that characterize God, you will also be led, naturally, to a renewed heart of worship. Please let us know if you need childcare. JOURNEY TO ONENESS
Wednesday, April 11 at 7:00PM
This 8 week class is for all married couples or engaged couples and will help to identify the characteristics needed for the kind of "Oneness" that can be experienced in a healthy Christ centered relationship. Whether you've been married for a week or many years this class will enrich your relationship and help keep it on course for the rest of your life. Pre-registration is required. 

 

 

Serving With Joy

If you are an active member of Jersey Baptist, and would like to participate in the Parent/Child dedication you may register at the InfoPoint in the Main Lobby. 

 

 

New Member Class Info
Sunday, May 6 at 9:45AM
The church has a New Member Class which is required for church membership. The senior pastor conducts the last class to discuss expectations of members, share Jersey values/purposes, and cast vision. Please email Nancy at if you would like more information or to pre-register for the next class that begins May 6.

 

 

 

Crossover Retreat
May 18 - 19
This retreat is for 6th graders going into 7th grade to get introduced to the student ministry of Jersey Baptist Church. Registration will be available at the InfoPoint in April.

 

 


Monthly Ongoing


Mom's Ministry
Mom's Ministry Play Group is a time for moms to get together for a play date with other moms and children. Any expecting mom or mom with children birth to 5 years old are welcome to join. Fellowship, laughter, and refreshments are shared. Siblings welcome! This fall and winter we will be meeting at the indoor play area from 9:30am-11:30am on the following dates: January 12, February 9, March 8, April 12, & May 10.



Single Adult 30+ First Friday's
Fun, Food and Fellowship on the first Friday of every month from 7:00PM - 10:00PM in the game room.  Contact Gary or Becky Kinser at 740.927.2281 or email for more information.


PrimeTimers Monthly Bible Study
All monthly studies are held on the second Thursday of ech month in the Adult Wing in room 4021 at 10:30AM. For more information about the PrimeTimers contact Alvina Long at the church 740.927.1859 X202 or email .

 

Scrapbooking & Sewing
Scrapbooking and Sewing meet each on the second Friday of each month for 6 fun-filled hours of scrapbooking and sewing.  We will continue to meet in room 4021 (downstairs) from 6PM-midnight. As always, crops are FREE so mark your calendar, invite a friend and join in on the fun. Email Tiffany Smith at for more information.
