Meet Rick: Once a promising college football coach, Rick Gage walked away from coaching football and surrendered his life to full-time evangelistic ministry. He has always had a passion for small communities which makes him a perfect fit for Pataskala and the surrounding communities. Since Gage founded GO TELL Crusades in 1989, he has visited more than 500 small-town venues nationally, helping about 250,000 people reconnect with Christianity.
Rick says there are a lot of similarities between coaching and ministry. Just as a coach is always striving to get the most out of his players by constantly challenging and motivating them, in ministry you’re always wanting God’s best in peoples’ lives and doing everything you can to inspire them to be great for God.
His campaigns often attract well-know individuals. College football coaches Bobby Bowden and Mark Richt, and Hall of Famer and former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka have endorsed his ministry. 
In addition to Rick, his close friend and evangelist, Rick Stanley, will be speaking Monday night at 7:00PM.  Rick is the step-brother of Elvis Presley. They both will be conducting assemblies in local high schools and middle schools on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Sunday morning, September 20
There will be two all-church services at 9:45 and 11:00AM in the Worship and Activities Center (WAC).  All worshipers form each venue (Emerge, Gospel Celebration, Live and Synaxis), will gather together for worship.     At 8:30AM Bible Fellowship will continue as normal.

On Sunday night, September 20
There will be one service at 7:00PM in the WAC.

On Monday night, September 21
There will be a Tailgate Party and a Service featuring Rick Stanley (Elvis Presley’s step-brother) across from the church at Emswiler’s Pavillion.  The Tailgate Party will begin at 6:00PM. The tickets will be $3 each and will go on sale in Bible Fellowship Classes on September 6 and in the Main Lobby on September 13.  This is a great opportunity to invite your unsaved Friend, Family and Neighbors. The service will begin at 7:00PM and will also be held at Emswiler’s Pavillion. At the end of the service there wil be a drawing for two tickets to an OSU Football game - you must register at the Event, be 18 years or older, and must be present to win.

On Tuesday night, September 22
There will be one service at 7:00 PM in the WAC.

On Wednesday night, September 23
Ground Zero on Steroids: The Jersey Students (Grades 7-12) madness starts at 4:30PM.
