Discipline with Delight
Proverbs 3:11-12


I.    Make sure your emotions are under control.


II.    Know your child so you can choose the correct discipline. - Proverbs 22:6

    1.  What are the family factors which are adversely affecting your child? - Exodus 20:5-6

    2.  What are the abilities as well as the challenges of your child?

    3.  Make sure that discipline is consistent with the offense.


III.    Be consistent with your discipline.


IV.    Be prepared to communicate the why behind your discipline. - Job 23:1-5


V.    Take the opportunity to express your love and affirm your child.
