They are ready to share with you the trials and triumphs in their own marriages. Compass Ministries offers support to your relationship through an on-line inventory that can help to determine the strengths in your relationship and the areas that need improvement. After completing the inventory you will meet with a trained coach couple  to go over the results and to learn the biblical principles to keep strong and improve in areas where needed!  How do two very different people with two very different personalities fulfill the design for marriage that "the two shall become one" as the Bible describes? Join us as we learn the characteristics of a healthy marriage relationship, how to implement these characteristics at any time in your relationship whether you've been married for 40 year or 4 months! For engaged and married couples.  This is an 8 week class. * There is a $20 per couple fee to cover the cost of a manual and participant's guide that will be provided.

Have you experienced God's grace in your marriage and you would like to share with other couples what God has done? This Christ centered training will not only help you learn how to help others but will further enhance your own marriage! The training includes 9 hours of class room training (Three 3 hour sessions), attending a marriage class with other couples, completing an on-line inventory that will help build on the strengths in your marriage and gain insight in areas that may need improvement, role playing with other couples and ongoing support from the Compass Ministries leadership team.                                                              Upon completing training you choose when you are available to meet with someone you will coach. You then meet bi-weekly for 4 to 6 times according to your schedule availability. All material for meeting with people you coach is provided to you - no guesswork, no homework, no wondering what you're supposed to do. And if there are weeks/months you can't coach - no problem! Just let the leadership team know when you are available to meet with a couple and you will be matched up with someone who wants to be coached.
