On Sunday, January 21 we honored Pastor Phil Duncan for 21 incredible years of ministry at Jersey.

 

Pastor Phil has touched many of our lives since he came to Jersey in 1990.  He is retiring January 2012 after over 21 years of full-time ministry here at Jersey, although he is still planning to be involved making visits and other ministry activities.
