JBC MEN’S MINISTRY: “Men Living by God’s Design”

What is Men’s Ministry and what is our purpose? It is our never ending goal and purpose that each man find his purpose by living by God’s design. There is no question every one of us are different and unique from each other. There is, however, a common thread that runs through Christian men that God intends for us to follow if we are to grow in our faith. Jesus Christ is our model, and He has laid out a plan and purpose for us to follow Him.
Men living by God’s design are those who strive to:
GROW in God’s Word
CONNECT with God, family and other men
SERVE Him inside and outside the church walls
GO daily sharing the gospel in word in deed.
Perhaps you are just starting your journey or been following God’s path for years. We need you. Grow in God’s Word through home bible study or a small men’s study group. Connect with God and other men through sporting events, outdoor activities, and other planned events. Serve Jesus through the church and the community. And let the joy of having a relationship with God allow to live and share your faith with others.
At Jersey Baptist we encourage every man to began living by God’s design. All of us fall short of His glory, but as iron sharpeAs iron, together we can overcome obstacles that confront us, put behind sins of the past, and live an exciting life for God.
