Church Structure and Redesign

MediumBanner_constitution

In early 2007 Jersey Baptist members selected a Church Structure and Constitution Redesign Committee to revise our church constitution. This committee has been meeting consistently  since April 2007 to work through the constitution. We are pleased to present this version of the Jersey Constitution and the supporting documentation for your review.

The Proposed New Church Constitution:

- Preserves core beliefs and associations of our past.

- Empowers people for effective ministry in the present.

- Flexible structure to adapt to a dynamic future.

-Senior Pastor John Hays
